At Society6, we want you to love your custom-printed home decor, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for most items in their original condition. If your order isn't quite right, our team is here to help you find a piece that truly completes your space.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific home decor items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request to help us improve our artist-designed products.

• 3.
  Print & Package

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
